Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

It's the beginning of a new school year, which means new students and school supplies! Over half of my students have never been to school so this will be a fun and yet scary experience for them.

I want my students to feel welcomed but have the tools to succeed at the beginning of the school year.

I would love a class set of chair sacks with pockets to keep their individual supplies organized. Handwriting grips will be extremely useful, especially for new writers who have never held a pencil before. The laminating sheets would be used throughout the year to protect paperwork, certificates, and flyers from damage. Lastly the watercolor paper so my students can paint for learning and enjoyment.

Thank you in advance for helping my students start off the school year with a bang.
