This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Help give my students a new reading rug! This will be a place in the classroom where students can go to to enjoy a new book, complete class assignments or work with a partner or in a group. Our students love to have a choice in their learning and the space that will help them to be successful. They always feel a sense of independence when they are allowed the opportunity for flexible seating so that they can complete their work at. This rug will give students that chance to pick their own space to learn in.
