My Project

I love reading aloud with my students. Novel studies and comprehension activities keep my students engaged. They enjoy reading a variety of books and graphic novels.

I want to foster a love of reading that my students carry with them as they move on to middle school.

Reading aloud is still an activity that even fifth graders enjoy. I like to include a variety of books to peak the interest of as many students as possible. I would like to broaden our classroom library of read aloud books to include more authors.
