My Project

My students are looking for books that encompass their diverse interests. Middle schoolers often stop reading non-fiction in middle school, so it is extra important to find new, interesting non-fiction to get them engaged. They have so many interests, from animals to history to war to disasters and more. I would like to provide them with books that show diverse perspectives that have also been published within the last ten years.

Informational books can go out of date quickly, so updating our non-fiction often is critical.

These books will allow students to read interesting information about different topics with information that will be important and relevant.
