This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I just graduated college last month, and I began a teaching role in learning support. I serve students from Kindergarten-8th grade. While I have gathered many things to put in my classroom with the help of many mentors, I still need a few basic things. These items will allow me to do more projects with students and stop having to bother people for simple things. Also, having a completed classroom will help them develop a sense of comfortability and belonging in my room because of the accessibility of these items.
