My Project

Remember the first book you read that changed your life? That AH-HA moment, that intense consecutiveness you had with a character or how the story played out? The book that made you a reader?

Our new school has students PreK-87th grade who need a library, which means they need books!

Especially access to books that will make them lifelong readers! New Leaf Prep Academy is a new public Montessori charter school in Green Bay, WI. We have a new building for more students to join us and that means we have a library! That also means we have been going to the county's library book sales and buying out of print or out of date copies of books to try and build a library for our students. We want all of our students to have access to lots and lots of book to build up their reading and speaking skills. We want to start book clubs too!

Please remember the book or series of books that impacted you as a young reader and consider donating to our new school! We would love to get books into the hands of all our learners!
