My Students

This is my first year teaching Kindergarten and my classroom is in need of some supplies! I teach in a low- income school with 25 students from all different backgrounds. This school is beginning its second year and we are looking forward to adding a grade level each upcoming school year.

My new students are excited and eager about learning!

With you contribution I will be able to ensure our learning is rigorous and relevant. I will strongly be able to differentiate my teaching to meet each students needs and I will create a positive and fun learning environment. Our classroom is fortunate enough to have flexible seating which helps students remain focused and have opportunities to move around while engaged in their learning. In addition to flexible seating, I am in need of materials to support further learning!

My Project

Please help a new teacher in need! This is my students' and my first year in Kindergarten and I plan to use these materials to better my own teaching. The easel will be used every day for morning meeting and whole group lessons. The 8- drawer stand will help me stay organized M-F! The literacy and math materials will be used during centers and hands on learning time. The rest of the materials are be basic items that will be used in all different subject areas as well as classroom decorations! My goal is to use these materials to enrich learning and provide support to academic and social development.
