My Project

Thank you for considering to help my students! This equipment will be used to replace our old materials that are broken and simply do not work the way they are intended. These materials will be used daily during my students PE and recess time.

The excitement on my students face as they enter our court and see new equipment will continue to motivate me to write these proposals!

Although they respect and take care of our equipment, over time all materials must need replaced. The basketballs will be used to teach students how to dribble, pass and shoot depending on their grade level. We will use the jump ropes to learn about the difference between moderate and vigorour activity. Using our heart rate monitors, students will track their heart beats before and after jumping rope! Cup stacking is a great indoor activity that teaches students how to work as a team as well as focusing on the importance of practicing in order to improve at a specific activity. We will use the tennis balls to learn how to correctly strike forehand and backhand swings. Finally, the volleyball will be used to teach students the difference between a bump and a set.
