This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

For the past six years, I have been teaching fourth grade. I’m so excited to switch it up and teach second grade this school year. The classroom library I have now is full of chapter books. I need to add picture books that are going to be in my seconders’ reading level.

Classroom libraries are so important to kids hooked into reading.

In order for students to enjoy reading, they have to be able to read the book independently. Please help me provide my students with books they can enjoy.
