Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The recess equipment will improve the students' abilities with hand eye coordination as well as improve their motor skills functions as they prepare for the Special Olympic Games.
Getting out of their seats to engage hands-on activities is the most productive way students with challenges can learn.
The students should not be engaged on computer games, but moving their bodies to have fun. The goal of this project is what is stated above - to get out of a seat and stimulate the body.
The students in my class are hard working and love to go outside. The recess equipment is right on time for Spring and in preparing them for the Special Olympic games.
