This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My kindergarten students are hard workers and are excited about learning new things. They take on every challenge I give them even though they are only five years old. I just know they are all going to do great things in life. They have really impressed me with the things they have done this year already, even with all of the uncertainty we are currently facing due to the pandemic.

My students come from a low-income area in Fresno, CA, but they don't let that slow them down.

My expectations for them are high and they rise to the challenge. I am excited to be teaching such an amazing group of kindergartners this school year.

My Project

Please help me provide some new and exciting materials for my kindergarten readers. These new books and games will give my students a newfound motivation to work on their reading skills.

My students deserve the best supplies and opportunities available to further their educational experience.

With your help, I can provide them with these new supplies.

With these new games and books, I will be able to guide my students to practice and strengthen their ELA skills and begin moving forward towards fluent and exceptional readers. I appreciate any donation given towards this cause.
