I am creating this project to fund the purchase of new and exciting non-fiction and biographies to help build our school library. The students are interested in a vast amount of topics but our non-fiction section is antiquated, to say the least. Many books are older than most of the staff and show it.
My goal is to have new books on a variety of subjects to catch the student's interest each week when their teachers bring them in for library day.
I want them to be excited to see all of the new books on the new book displays and there to be enough for all of the students to have the opportunity to check out a new title each trip.
More new and exciting titles will help to keep them interested and reading!
