Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are seeking funding to enrich our classroom library with a curated selection of non-fiction books. As an educator deeply committed to fostering a love for reading and nurturing critical thinking skills, I recognize the invaluable role that a diverse and engaging collection of non-fiction literature can play in the academic and personal growth of my students.

The requested non-fiction books will serve as vital resources to supplement our curriculum, providing students with opportunities to explore real-world topics, expand their knowledge base, and develop essential research skills.

These materials will support differentiated instruction, catering to diverse interests and learning styles within the classroom. By offering a range of topics spanning science, history, biographies, and more, these books will ignite curiosity, deepen understanding, and inspire critical inquiry among my students.
