New ALA Winners for The Hub

Help me give my students get new ALA winner and honor books for my school library.

My Project

As a first year school librarian, I am striving to fill the library with diverse and engaging titles. Recently the American Library Association named its winners and honors in categories like Caldecott, Newberry, Coretta Scott King, and Stonewall awards.

Donating to this project will provide copies of these diverse, award winning and honored books for a middle school library of over 1500 students.

These middle grade, YA, and picture book titles will be enjoyed by many at our STEM Magnet school.

In the last several years, our school enrollment has grown by over 600 students, but our library has not been able to keep pace with the enrollment. The funding of this project will help get more, updated books into students hands sooner!
