This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This is my first year teaching gifted students. My students are neurodiverse. Many of them are on the autism spectrum, have ADHD, dyslexia, etc but they all have BRILLIANT minds! These students are truly world changers! Help me put books in our classrooms that have strong characters that are similar to them. Help me put books in our classroom that help with social issues we struggle with!

Every student deserves to see a character like them in a book!

I want my students to see how special, valuable, and gifted they truly are!
