Neuro-Diverse Students Need Tools to Show What They Know
Help me give my students alternative ways to show their thinking through using computers with mice and dry erase boards for writing and for math practice. The high contrast materials support my students with cortical vison impairment.

My Project
My classroom is a fantastic group of 18 neuro-diverse learners with many strengths. We are in need of tools that help learners with special needs to show what they know in various ways. We plan to use the computer mice for using computers, and we are in need of dry erase boards for practice in writing and in math. The Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards provide many resources for different types of learners, data tracking and many colorful math learning games.
Students with tools such as these have better chances of being able to engage more with writing and problem solving practice.
I also am in need of more high-contrast materials for students with cortical vision impairment to support learning.
The balls and building toys are alternate options for students who cannot access the climbing equipment or who want an alternative activity at recess.
