Flexible seating such as the wobble chairs and the wobble cushions are effective tools that allow for students to be able to get the movement they need without losing focus or distracting others during lessons. Often children lose focus during lessons or find it hard to learn if they are unable to move their bodies and lots of breaks take away from valuable learning time. The slight movement helps children who may be overactive or need to expend extra energy and allows them to stay focused during lessons or small group work longer than in regular rigid seating.
