My Project
The materials and goodies I am requesting for my students and our classroom are, to put simply, the essentials and the rewards. Both are necessities in creating an enjoyable and efficient classroom for my students.
Headphones are important for listening in a multitude of ways: translation and pronunciation for my English Language Learners, music for when we're in Starbucks mode doing independent work, and watching and listening to informative videos where visual learners are able to thrive.
Candy is valuable in order to be able to reward the endless ways in which my students shine. Whether it's participating in a challenging lesson, a helping hand lent to a teacher or friend, or working with their group mates to win our weekly points challenge, students deserve to be recognized.
Every student deserves to have the basics. Every student deserves to be rewarded. Please help me in ensuring that all of my students are able to have a school year filled with both.
