I work with diverse population of students to support their social emotional needs. We work on skills such as labeling, regulating our emotions, social skills, positive behaviors, resolving conflicts, and building confidence.
My job is so rewarding and lucky to be working with students.
My Project
My students have social and emotional needs that impact their education. My elementary school is back to in person learning but the students continue to thrive using technology during sessions. My current laptop was returned to the school for students to use in the classroom. I do not have a laptop to utilize in my schools during my counseling sessions.
It is important for students to have technology during counseling sessions because it is motivating, also allows for creativity.
I am so grateful for any donations and this will help my students succeed during their counseling sessions.
