My Students

My school is located in a rural community of Carter City, Kentucky. We have a population of around 100 students. We are a community school. My classroom is filled with 11 girls and 9 boys. My students have a passion for learning. They are good kids. They just lack the many opportunities or experiences that can be provided in bigger schools or areas where students receive more opportunities. I worry about my students. I want to help create experiences!

My Project

These supplies will be used and given to the students to aid them in math, reading, and science. My students are expected to provide these items and most of them cannot do to the economics of the area. Most are getting here with just the basics and struggle with any more than that. Our school does not get the needed funds to provide everything that they may need, thus leading to teacher out of the pocket expenses. Any help given would be very much appreciated. I just want my students to have the same opportunities as everyone else in the state.
