Help me give my students and classroom supplies that would help decorate the classroom for them and give me some tools to help prepare them for their state and district tests.
I teach students who come from a variety of different backgrounds and learning styles. My students come from low-income homes that have a hard time providing supplies for their children. A majority of them come from single-parent homes or live with another family member because their parents are unable to take care of them. Many of them are responsible for taking care of their other siblings before and after school. My students also participate in a free breakfast and lunch program.
I am an intervention specialist who works with 3rd and 4th-grade students.
