Help me give my students materials for a calming corning. I'm asking for flexible seats, fidgets, and book sets that focus on feelings and regulating our emotions.
Thank you for helping my third graders have the resources they need for a calming corner in our classroom. Having enough places to sit, fidgets, and books is vital to the success of our class. These materials will help students who need a place to self-regulate do so without missing class or causing others to be distracted from their own learning. Each year students come to me needed help with identifying and understanding their own emotions and feelings. These resources will empower them to be more in control of their own behavior, which in turn with help them be more empowered as a learner.
