My Students
Third graders are little explorers and strive each day to do their best. They are eager to learn and always persevere while keeping a growth mindset. Our school is overcrowded, so technology time is limited. Students deserve access to technology more than once a week for 30 minutes. As technology advances, so do the requirements of students. Third graders need to learn foundational skills of technology in order to keep up with the rapidly advancing technological expectations. Technology encourages creativity and engagement when given the appropriate tools.
My Project
Chromebooks in the classroom allows students daily technology time. They are a powerful learning and teaching tool. They are user friendly and engaging. Classroom chromebooks provides daily access so students can learn how to use technology to meet their individual needs. Technology meets the needs of all learners with interventions and enrichment curriculum. It can be used for all subject areas. Your generous donation will help students learn how to navigate technology appropriately, learn typing skills, research information, and write reports. The more confident they become with using technology, the more prepared they will be for higher education and the workforce.
