Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Although I love all the windows in the classroom, my room only has two usable walls of white boards. Unfortunately, when my students are given a group assignment, these two white boards are insufficient. In the past I would tape a sheet of paper to the back of a window and use the window as a makeshift whiteboard. This is no longer an option with my new classroom, as the windows do not open up.
Using the large post it paper is not only extremely costly, it does not support our school's mission of environmental sustainability.
Please help me create a room environment that will support group interaction and build a stronger learning community. Students will use the requested whiteboard surfaces, markers and wipes to work on group assignments.
