My Students
Help my classroom get up to speed with our technology.
My students are enthusiastic first graders who attend a gifted magnet.
They love to learn and it is my responsibility to continue to foster this love of learning. One way that I do this is by integrating technology into my instruction in as many ways as possible.
My Project
Our classroom website is now a few years old. Generous donors helped me begin my goals of expanding technology in the class. After years of video making, picture taking, and website updating, our laptop is slowing down. There are now times when I stop my lessons midway because video lessons don't load. We need a new, updated laptop so that I continue to enhance my lessons and students can continue to learn how to use technology as a tool for learning and sharing.
I have learned to motivate students by incorporating technology into various areas of my class.
With your generosity, I will be able to continue to do this. Students will be able to present projects and I will be able to use technology as a tool for engagement. Our current laptop is quickly losing it's power. Please consider helping us replace it.
