This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Pencils, where do they go? My students are constantly sharpening their pencils and with some pencils being low quality they go through them in a week. Working on a Title 1 school, we cannot keep receiving pencils for our students, hence we are in need of a great quality pencil which is the Ticonderoga pencil!
My students would love to have pencils to write their daily learning.
They love to learn about math and specially science. Pencils would allow us to continue practicing our daily Spalding, reading, writing, math, social studies, and science.
As an adult I didn't realize how crucial such a simple writing tool could make a difference in a child's life. As a teacher, pencils are like gold! My students would be able to write their research projects, math problems, and learn so much more with a Ticonderoga pencil.
