My Students

My students are hungry learners who love to read and reach new heights in their learning. I have some students with special needs such as ADHD and one student who is special needs. They are incredibly artistic and love to create projects in science, art, and social studies.

They have been using engaging strategies to gain academic skills in a low-income county with much fire activity and devastation, they often look forward to school and its many benefits.

They enjoy math and are currently working on writing and reading. They love to help each other in P.E and out on the playground.

My Project

We need to restock our art and necessary supplies. My class has been rigorous with their academics; therefore, the paper, pencils, and other supplies are getting low. Furthermore, the students love keeping a monthly journal of their life with pictures of how they have grown so I will be utilizing the journals and name tags next school year. Students need the heavy duty name tags so they can stay in great shape on their desks all year.

Students utilize all the supplies often as we are continuously tapping into our creative minds.

We also need oil pastels for all the art work that allows their individuality to shine through. By simply painting over oil pastels, students can make beautiful projects. By coloring over black paper, the pastels come to life, truly capturing any audience. The possibilities are endless!
