My Project

Our classroom library contains books, both old and new. However, one area that could use more bulking up is our nonfiction. It can be difficult to have age-appropriate and enticing nonfiction books for students to get their hands on, and adding these types of books to our classroom library would benefit current and future students.

My goal with this project is to enhance our classroom library to contain a variety of nonfiction books my hard-working students can read while they begin to make connections from classroom and text to the real-world.

My students are hard working, curious, and excited to learn about the world around us. These books would go a long way enhancing their learning and knowledge.
