Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

What I love about the students is their dedication to self-improvement and their eagerness to learn, especially given their choice to pursue their high school diploma through online schooling. They demonstrate resilience and a genuine desire to expand their knowledge base, particularly in math.

The requested resources will significantly enhance their learning experiences.

. Rulers and Geometry Tools will facilitate practical application and visualization of geometric concepts, allowing them to grasp abstract ideas more tangibly. Projectors, Document camera and ring light will enable the display of visual aids, instructional videos, and digital presentations, thereby enhancing comprehension and engagement with the material. As well help the teacher be able to better assist students while working from home.

My goals for this project are to foster a supportive and enriching learning environment where my students can thrive academically and develop essential skills in mathematics. I aim to empower them with the tools and resources necessary to succeed in their high school diploma program and beyond.

What makes my students special is their determination to overcome challenges and pursue their education despite obstacles. Their commitment to self-improvement and growth is commendable, and I am dedicated to providing them with the support they need to achieve their academic goals.
