My Project

To help expand our Nature Kindergarten, we want to give our Kindergarteners the opportunity to hatch and raise chicks to help them understand the life cycle while involving the local community.

The students will have hands on experience with taking care of the eggs and chicks.

We will be working with local farmers in the area to aquire the eggs. The incubator will be used to hatch the chicken eggs and the other supplies will be used to raise the chicks.

When the chicks are hatched and get to a point they can be given away, they will be donated to local families who are interested in raising chickens.
