This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are creative, resilient, and caring individuals. They come from diverse backgrounds and most live below the poverty line. Although my students face many obstacles, they come to school every day ready to learn. The students at our school are the most resilient people I have ever known and inspire me every day.

My students inspire me to provide them with the best possible education they could receive, which includes being the best teacher possible.

National Boards is a way for me to become a better teacher and help my students learn even more.
