I teach third grade in a Title I school located in the state of North Carolina. My school serves both low income students and students of military personnel.
Greek Mythology is an excellent way to introduce students to classical literature. It also allows students the opportunity to enhance their vocabulary through the use of Greek and Latin root words.
I need copies of novels that will allow my students the opportunity to experience Greek Mythology in a context that is appropriate for their age. These books will not only serve my current students but students in the years to come.
Providing these materials to my students will allow me to provide students with an enrichment opportunity few students get during their elementary schooling.
