My Project

We are looking to add The Naturals, A Good Girl's Guide to Murder, and the One of Us Is Lying series to our 6th-grade classroom library. These YA Mystery/Thriller books captivate young readers with their suspenseful and intriguing plots, fostering a love for reading. They encourage critical thinking and problem-solving as students follow characters unraveling complex mysteries.

These novels provide excellent material for discussions on ethics, justice, and human behavior.

By seeing characters their age tackle challenging situations, students can develop empathy and resilience. Furthermore, the relatable and diverse characters help students connect with the stories on a personal level, making these books not only entertaining but also educational and thought-provoking.
