My Students

"Never give up; great things take time."- Anonymous. This is something we focus on daily with our students. Our students have so much potential in them, artistically and educationally that they need the available resources to be able to express this potential.

My students love to learn and learn in many different ways.

Being able to provide each of them their own unique learning situations help to make them successful in their learning. My students are hard workers and love to be pushed in their educational experiences.

My Project

Having these books available for my students to use for guided reading is essential in helping them to make progress in their reading. My students will be placed in reading groups according to their reading level and then will read these books and answer comprehension questions as well as complete projects about these books.

Reading books that are at their ability level, not their grade level helps to allow them to not become frustrated, while still making strides to be able to read at their current grade level.

Providing reading materials that are also interesting and keeps the students attention is a bonus because this gets them to want to continue to read.
