My students need a set of Math Instant Learning Centers and an Elementary Calendar Math Center.
This project expired on September 30, 2010.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
Students love to work on their own. They become the teachers whether they know it or not.
I teach in a rural Northern California school.
It is a K-8 school. Many parents have lost their jobs due to the economy. The majority of my class receives free or reduced lunch. My students are fun, engaging, and ready to learn. They bring a smile to my face everyday.
Math is an area that is always in need of additional help. We teach math through our curriculum but sometimes students just need a little more help. If our class had math instant learning centers, students would be able to have additional support where they need it.
Students love to feel in charge.
By providing the math instant learning centers, the teacher is no longer the main source of teaching. Do they know that? Of course not. That is why I would like to provide these great math learning centers for my class.
