My Project

I teach First Grade students at a Title I school in Florida, where 100% of our students receive complimentary breakfast and lunch. Despite many hardships, my students are eager to learn and do their best. They want to be in school because they want to know!

My students have learned so much and want to teach others what they know, but they need to be heard!

With the "Teacher Student" wearing the top hat, along with using the microphone, they will be heard. (They will read their classmates stories they write, read their classmates one of their favorite leveled readers, they will will even get to showcase their hard work on a Phonics Test and explain how they studied so they could "Ace the Test!") The other students in class will all be able to focus on the speaker. For their hard work in teacher others, they will earn a full size candy bar. Thank you for your help in helping my students have confidence and a loud voice, so that they can be heard!
