This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are 2nd graders who love to learn! We have 32 kids in a small classroom. Having personal space to work independently is vital for the best learning possible! My students have tables and sit with a group of 6. We do a lot of 3 to a team science lab groups. This tall table will allow a team to have some science lab time and be able to innovate with out interruption! We are a STEM school and this time is so important to us! We use the 5 step engineer design process which gives time to imagine, plan and create!
