My Personal Emergency Supply Kit

Help me give my students a start to building their own emergency supply kit. Students are currently creating disaster preparedness kit for their homes.

Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

The material will help my students create their own emergency supply kit. Students will be able to take the supply kit home to have on hand in case an emergency was to happen.

Preparedness is the key to emergency management.

Students are currently learning how they can help in their home and community until additional help arrives. I love that my students are open-minded and interested in exploring different safety skills to help them to become more safer in their homes. Our motto is Safety First. Think Safety First is the key.
