My Project

In Pre-K, we lay the foundation for not only academic learning but also emotional growth and mental well-being. Our young learners are just beginning to understand big feelings, build friendships, and develop the tools to manage challenges. To support this essential part of their development, we are seeking donations for mental health and social-emotional learning materials.

Mental health in Pre-K is just as important as physical health.

At this early age, children are learning how to identify their feelings, express themselves, build relationships, and cope with everyday challenges. A strong foundation in mental health helps children develop resilience, confidence, empathy, and self-regulation.

By focusing on the whole child—mind, body, and heart—we help our young learners feel safe, connected, and ready to learn.

These materials may include:

Calming corner supplies (pillows, sensory toys, fidget tools)

Feelings, books, and emotion cards

Breathing and mindfulness visuals

Social-emotional games and puppets

With your support, we can create a safe and nurturing environment where children feel seen, heard, and empowered. Every contribution—big or small—helps us care for the hearts and minds of our youngest learners.
