This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students already have a "home." In other words, I know exactly where everything will go. We just need your help in getting everything through our door! The large carpet will be placed in the front of the classroom and used as a gathering place for our morning routine, teacher read alouds and share time. The paper, crayons, pencils, and other supplies will be used by the students on a daily basis. The dry erase boards will be used for literacy centers where they can work on their sight words, word families and spelling words. The early literacy books will go in our reading center. The fun phonics activities will be used in centers.
