This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am requesting Lakeshore Highlighter Tape to make learning to read new words fun and engaging. They can stick the tape right into their books on the new words they are learning to read. No worries, it peels right off and we can even reuse it!
Having the Lakeshore Highlight Tape will be the highlight of my kiddos's day!
I will be able to use this tape to highlight our new words of the week on our charts. This will make the word pop out so that my students are seeing it more often. Did I mention is comes in four awesome colors? The automatic stapler will come in handy when my kiddos need to staple their stories together. It will be much easier & safer for them. My kiddos also love flair pens just as much as I do. They love using their "teacher's special pens." Page protectors are the best for the literacy centers. They can write on them with dry-erase markers.
