Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students will love having a place where they can take a few minutes to reset. This project will allow them to work through their emotions. The fidgets and play dough will give them sensory exploration as they calm their feelings.
My goal is to provide students with a place they can go during school hours where they can decompress and work through their emotions.
I strive to make students feel welcomed in the classroom but sometimes they need an area to cool down just like anyone else.
With this calm center, students can benefit from the materials listed in this project.
