Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My pre-k classroom is filled with the most curious, energetic little learners! Their eyes light up each morning when they walk through our colorfully decorated classroom, eager to learn through play, stories, and hands-on activities. They soak up new concepts like sponges and theirjoy is contagious.

I strive to nurture their natural curiosity by creating a warm, safe environment where their unique personalities shine.

My goal is that each child feels cared for, respected, and confident in themselves. I want them to love learning and school.

We need some fire tablets to help further engage my students during small reading groups, math centers, and other learning stations. The tablets would allow them to interact with phonics and math games at their own level, keeping them motivated and focused. Educational apps allow for differentiated instruction tailored to each child.

Having this technology would help my students continue gaining pre-reading, math and digital literacy skills - essential foundations that predict later academic success. Seeing their beaming faces when mastering a new app or proudly showing their progress is priceless!
