My Project

In my classroom, I've noticed that the students are really drawn to a calm, comforting, home-like environment. Everyone produces better results when they are comfortable. I am asking for things like lamps, batteries, and decor to help keep the students happy and comfortable.

We all learn better when we are comfortable!

Not all students have the ability to supply their own paper, pencils, and colored pencils. I would love to have them accessible!

In my classroom, I believe in rewarding good efforts and I have a few snacks included in this for just that reason! We do this with a lot of games, by playing many games we use a lot of batteries for our buzzers. Having a variety of snacks keeps them engaged because they never know what they could win!

By keeping my classroom lit with lamps and string lights the students have felt more at home which also makes them calm. As well as I like to feel at home and enjoy my desk feeling like home, which is why I have asked for a few desk decorations.
