The students are vibrant and still learning how to be better readers. They do not have a lot of resources and means to have all of these school supplies. I would love to have additional resources that will help them to become more confident in their reading abilities.
Since some of them are still struggling as developing readers anything I can do to help them attain their goals is a movement in the right direction.
I want them to be able to have the same opportunity as any other 2nd grade students. I believe they will benefit from these resources and increase their chances to succeed.
My Project
I will be able to use the document reader to help my students expand their literacy capabilities. Since there are sometimes not enough individual books for each of my students. The document reader would be a wonderful advantage to my students! It can be used through the whiteboard and then every student will be able to read with me while we are in shared reading.
The whiteboards would help them with their individual thinking in math and in reading.
I would love to see them be able to take pride in their work by using the whiteboards with pride!
