My Project
Mustang Public Schools is starting a transition program for students 18-22 who have completed their high school credits. The goal of the program is to provide a community-based learning program for students to build their functional and daily living skills while building skills toward employability. The materials provided will help them build their math awareness skills. SPED students were impacted during COVID because they did not get hands-on learning opportunities and regressed without direct instruction. They will practice counting and learning money in the classroom and apply it during community-based instruction.
This classroom project was brought to life by The State of Oklahoma.
