Music To Our Ears

Help me give my students the experience of singing songs and playing games as they are a fundamental part of a child's life, no matter where we live or what language we speak.

My Project

Music ignites all areas of child development and skills for school readiness, including intellectual, social-emotional, motor, language, and overall literacy.

One way that music brings cultures together is through the exchange of musical styles and influences.

Many different genres of music have been influenced by other cultures and have incorporated elements of those cultures into their music.

Having these materials, the children may read books on different styles of music and how music affects different cultures. They will also be able to explore musical instruments that they can create.

They also can learn beats and tempos and form rhythm.
