Help me give my students a projector for classroom display of iPad apps like Tonal Energy, computer programs like SmartMusic, and videos of performances.
My students need a projector for classroom display of iPad apps like Tonal Energy, computer programs like SmartMusic, and videos of performances. With this projector, we are hoping to integrate technology more often in our classroom. There are several apps, like Tonal Energy, that can be used in a large group setting to help students work on ensemble skills like listening and tuning. We can also watch YouTube videos of authentic performances or recordings of our own performances, for evaluation purposes. Connected to a computer, I can display common worksheets or music examples, as well. This projector would allow for multimedia presentation and full-class participation.
Funding this project will allow me to integrate technology more frequently in my classroom by providing equipment we could not otherwise afford.
This would be experienced by every student in the band program, not just a few, and utilized for years to come!
