This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I plan to use my requested Flocabulary license to cultivate literacy across the curriculum with standards-aligned, video-based lessons and activities that leverage the power of hip-hop, storytelling, and emotional connections.
My students love to learn new concepts through music and Flocabulary helps them to do just that.
Flocabulary helps to challenge my students to think critically and creatively with research-backed lessons. They can increase their comprehension of the content to build word knowledge and apply vocabulary in context. My students love the videos and activities offered as they make learning memorable and meaningful.
