Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach preschool students with diverse needs and most are medically fragile. My students enjoy listening to music and finger plays. Music is developmentally appropriate for learning in the areas of language development, gross motor, occupational therapy, math, and transitions.
The speakers will help my students enjoy learning and transition to areas for work time.
During circle time the speaker will be used to present the music. During recess and work time the speaker will be used to facilitate transitions. Music will make transitions fun and understandable. Please help my students get access to a more engaged routine.
